Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for the success of our clients, so you will play a crucial role in helping them achieve their business goals and objectives, as well as a pivotal role in growing our business, our customer base, and improving our client’s experience with us.

Ideal candidates for this position should be innovative, and web and multimedia savvy. They should have a firm grasp of the various digital touchpoints and best practices to help steer the digital narrative and drive highly effective digital campaigns for us and for our clients.

As a Director of Marketing you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategies.

This includes the strategy and planning of marketing offers, landing pages, email sequences and automation, and lead generation. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the digital marketing team, coordinating resources, and communicating and educating our clients to ensure that projects are executed effectively.

Essential Responsibilities

Outline marketing plan, action items, resources, budget and manage the overall digital marketing strategy and channels
Manage strategy and suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
Coordinate with digital marketing team and partners to implement digital strategies and map out sales and marketing funnels and how digital assets will be optimized
Measure ROI and KPIs, track ongoing digital marketing metrics and communicate efforts with clients ie. SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
Analyze and report on digital campaigns
Engage with fulfillment teams, sales, management and clients
Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices
Education and Experience:

5 years of experience as a Director of Marketing or similar role
5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Demonstrated experience defining and adjusting digital marketing plans and/or strategies based on analytic results
Proficiency with different social media platforms and a proven track record building B2B brands via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Proficiency in Google Analytics required
Ability to edit graphics in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva
Knowledge of the different types digital marketing platforms and industry best practices
BA degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field

Must be available during normal business hours. Normal business hours are 9am to 5pm CT unless a flexible schedule is arranged and approved.

Must have a reliable phone, internet, computer and an environment that is quiet for occasional phone calls, including video calls
